All the things I made for Renegade!

Loons, Racoons, and sardines!

When I say I was shocked that I got into Renegade Craft, I mean I. was. shocked! Honored! Terrified! Excited! All the things! And the process to figure out what to take was much easier than I ever anticipated because I have a baby and there is a surrender to the idea that - what you hope for and what you produce are two entirely different outcomes. Old Shiva would have made long lists, setup huge goals, reworked the display, done more, more, MORE. New Mom Shiva prioritized time calm, what felt in alignment with what I was capable of making and creating in between the little one’s wake windows. That is not to say that I was calm throughout the process, I was most definitely not. I thought about canceling SEVERAL times. I felt like they accepted the wrong person. I worried about a million different things. But in the end I focused on making things that brought me joy and bringing whatever I had left in the creative till and decided, if I’m going there to learn, then I can’t fail. And truly, I learned a lot, and loved (almost) every minute of it.

So here are some of the things I made! Enjoy!
